IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Burundi, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through informal resolution (good faith negotiation for at least thirty days), and if informal resolution fails, through binding arbitration. Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS.
