A

API (Application Programming Interface)

AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Cloud computing platform providing infrastructure, databases, storage, and other services. One of the major cloud providers we work with.

CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)

Development practices that automate code testing and deployment. Enables faster, more reliable software releases.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Software for managing customer interactions and data. Often integrated with custom platforms for unified data views.

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)

Process for moving data from source systems, transforming it for analysis, and loading it into a data warehouse. Core to data engineering.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Integrated software for managing core business processes. Often requires custom integration with other systems.

KYC (Know Your Customer)

Identity verification requirements for financial services. Includes document collection, verification, and ongoing monitoring.

MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

A product with just enough features to validate a concept and gather user feedback. Starting point for iterative development.

Microservices

Architecture pattern where an application is built as a collection of small, independent services. Enables scalability and flexibility.

PWA (Progressive Web App)

Web applications that use modern technologies to deliver app-like experiences. Work offline and can be installed on devices.

REST (Representational State Transfer)

Architectural style for designing networked applications. RESTful APIs are the standard for web service communication.

RTB (Real-Time Bidding)

Automated process for buying and selling ad inventory in real-time. Core to performance marketing infrastructure.

SaaS (Software as a Service)

Software delivery model where applications are hosted in the cloud and accessed via subscription. Alternative to custom development.

SSL/TLS

Security protocols for encrypting data transmitted over the internet. Essential for protecting sensitive information.
